The Ashley Ave house referenced below is in the Charleston historic district which required special skill and knowledge in marketing. Even with a limited buyer base she sold the house in a respectable time frame and at a fair price, despite the down real estate market.

She also was my realtor in the purchase of a house in Park Shore and a boat slip at Ashley Harbor Marina plus the sale of acreage on John’s Island.

She currently is marketing another piece of real estate for me.
