Lee Demarest is our in-house insurance expert. In addition to being a member of our team, he operates the Allstate Insurance Agency that is located right next door to our office. Lee has a wealth of knowledge about insurance and is always available to help our agents and clients.

Growing up in the Charleston, a resident of over 40 years, his knowledge of the area is a valuable asset with extensive familiarity of all areas in Charleston. Local area Flood Insurance is one of his specialties.

Along with his Real Estate License, he holds licenses in Auto, Property, Casualty, Surplus Lines, Life, and Health Insurance, as well as Variable Contracts, Series 6 and 63 Securities. He has achieved the designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
