Elaine Brabham and Associates, LLC announces that Realtor Chris Garvin has been named manager of their Commercial Division. Chris Garvin has almost 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate business and has been licensed with Elaine Brabham, LLC and Associates since 2008. Within those 30 years Chris has amassed experience in both the commercial and residential side of the real estate business. She has worked in commercial and residential property management, sales and leasing along the way.
Her commercial experience include Property Accounts Manager at The Citadel Mall for over 5 years and Assistant Property Manager at Mount Pleasant Towne Center. During that time she managed operations for three shopping centers, estimated at 581,000 square feet as well as primary manager of operations for one center, estimated at 48,000 square feet.
Chris is a Charleston native who has local knowledge of the tricounty area and can provide professional advise and market knowledge.
